REALTORS pay an annual fee of $225.00 (discounted $50.00) for the initial year and $275.00 thereafter.
Starting membership fee is guaranteed for life however, fees may increase in the future for new members.
All membership applications are screened for compliance purposes and processed by our headquarters team in Arizona.
All members will have access to the registry website to search for qualified members based on their area of expertise.
All members must take an online “Ethics Class” within the first 30 days as a condition of membership or be removed from our roster and forfeit their initial membership fee.
Members agree to pay 40% for leads they receive that successfully close escrow.
All referral commissions are paid through directly to their brokerage.
